Gamer goes to court after losing virtual weapons

A computer gamer is taking a software firm to court after he suddenly lost all of his virtual weapons.
Li, from Beijing, had built up his stock of virtual weaponry while playing Red Moon over the last two years.
He has now filed a lawsuit against the game provider, demanding £780 in compensation, reports the Hong Kong edition of China Daily, quoting the Beijing Morning Post.
When he discovered all of his awarded equipment had disappeared, he contacted the provider for help, but the company refused to take any responsibility for the loss.
Li decided to sue the company at the Chaoyang District People's Court, demanding the return of his virtual weapons as well as £780 for mental anguish.
